Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • You must initiate the return request within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet these conditions.

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A brief reason for the return

  • Photo(s) of the item, if the product is damaged or incorrect

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address. You are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed in one of the following ways:

  • For cash on delivery orders: we will arrange a refund via bank transfer or store credit, based on your preference.

  • Refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days of return approval.

Please note: we do not offer refunds for items returned without prior approval or outside the return window.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
